1st June 2016 – Day 153 of 366

Crow Nest

I spotted this lone Crow seated on it’s eggs in it’s beautifully crafted nest in the branches on a neem tree right below my building. It was an absolute amazing moment to watch this bird guard and take care of its eggs and nest from an aerial view. Though it looks good and precious now, the fact that this very nest as well as it’s eggs and the crow can be an easy target to the Rhesus Macaques aka monkeys who recently have taken over the area causing wide spread to bird and human life. I hope the young birds in the eggs see the light of day.

P.S – The month of rains has arrived. I pray it does rain soon
